The BIGNET team has arrived in Florida, USA, to witness the historic launch of the Kacific1 satellite.
“Today, together with two colleagues, I arrived in Florida to a beautifully clear sky. This is truly a once-in-a-lifetime moment—to attend and witness the launch of Kacific1 firsthand at Cape Canaveral. The launch will take place at night here, which means morning in Indonesia. And that morning will mark a new dawn for Indonesia—one where True Broadband from the sky becomes a reality,” said Bony Muslimin, CBDO of BIGNET.
Kacific1 is a Ka-Band High Throughput Satellite (HTS) developed by Kacific Broadband Satellites Ltd., scheduled to launch aboard SpaceX’s Falcon 9 rocket on December 16, 2019, at 7:10 PM EST (December 17, 2019, at 7:10 AM WIB).
